STD and Ejaculation

Hi,

Does the risk for infecting a female with and STD like syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc. increase if the male ejaculates inside her?  Or is it the same risk even if he does not ejaculate?

Thanks!

makes no real difference whether ejaculation occurs or not. it's unprotected sex that is the risk for most std's and some are transmitted even during protected sex.
