STD from a lubricant in massage parlour

Hello!

Thank you for a great forum. I recently got a massage from a sex-worker which gave me tantric massage. She both masturbated my penis and inserted a quite big dildo in my anal in order to open my "energy-flow", so she told me. The dildo had a condom on it, and I checked that is was intact when she was finished doing this. But my penis was also briefly touched by her fingers without a condom, still with some lubricant on them.

My concern is that she used a coconut cream from a small container (open with a lid) that clearly had been used by her on several customers before me. The cream actually gave me a burning feeling as well both on my testicles and anal.

I am worried that some kind of STD got into the lubricant from a customer before me. (i.e. she touches a client once, and then add som extra lube)?

No, STD's are not transmitted that way. They have that name for a reason...require sex.
