STD from receiving oral sex

I recently received fellacio from a gay friend. He says he is disease free, but now I am becoming paranoid about getting an STD from it. Is it possible to get an STD from this activity?

Yes it is possible. Gonorrhea and NGU are the most common and if you don't have discharge or burning while urinating then real good chance you did not get one of those.
Syphilis and herpes is also possible, but lower risk.
