STD or Other Condition

I'm a 19 year old female who has been having problems down there since I lost my virginity 4 months ago. First it was a urinary tract infection (diagnosed) in November. It was treated and there were no more problems. I got a pap test around the same time and it came back saying I had a yeast infection, which made sense because I had been experiencing slight itching and redness (which I thought was normal because it was mostly right after sex) for some time. I went and got the Canesten 7 day treatment and everything was fine again, but at the same time that I was treating the yeast infection I felt like what was another UTI so I went and took a urine test which confirmed that I did have a UTI (so if you're keeping up with me, I had 2 UTIs, one of which I had a yeast infection at the same time). I have only had one sexual partner and we have always used condoms, but recently I found out that he's been with a lot of other girls which has worried me. I went and got tested for every single STD possible and it all came up negative (Trichomonais, chlamidia, gonnorhea, HPV, Syphillis, HIV, Hep B & C). I also had a swab done revealing that I had no irregular cultures or yeast, etc. Ever since I had my last UTI (at the end of january 2010) I just have not felt the same. I have slight burning in my urethra, and I feel it before urinating but not during, and sometimes after urinating. It's not so much painful as it is uncomfortable and worrisome. I also notice this mild burning at the bottom of my vaginal opening, but this is a different feeling, almost as if I have some tearing. I have had sex two times since being tested for STDs but have not noticed any other symptoms, and there is little discomfort during sex. I sometimes have mild bloating and abdominal discomfort even after urinating and emptying my bladder, so I'm wondering if this could be a sort of bladder or urinary problem; I'm almost convinced it isn't an STD after testing negative but I'm still worried. The only times I don't feel any burning is when I have drank alot of water and relieved myself. I have done other searches on google and other women have been complaining about the same thing, so at least I don't feel alone. I am going to the doctor's next week but I just want everyone's input. I am probably worried more or less because I have NEVER had any kind of problems down there when I was a virgin.

I know that, and I'm probably going to get tested again. I just got tested 3 weeks ago and everything came back negative tho, and we hadn't had sex for weeks when I started symptoms, got tested and got the negative results. We didn't have sex until yesterday and there had been 3 weeks in between when even being told I had no STDs I had burning symptoms, but the weird thing is that they kind of come and go. I'm on birth control and when I take a week off of it for my period there are no symptoms. Thank you for your reply though; I guess there's just nothing more I can do than see the doctor and possibly get tested again

If you have any infections or STDs, and you are treated, your partner also needs to ger treated.  He will just pass it back to you again if he has it too.  So, make sure that he also goes to the doc, gets tested and treated before you do the tango again.
