STD or razor burn...?

I shaved yesterday in some spots around my vagina, on the 'lips', like I usually do. Until now, there has never been a problem. My boyfriend came over yesterday afternoon and later on in the evening he was fingering me, fairly vigorously. Today, I felt some slight pain near the area, and checked it out with a mirror. There were 4 reddish bumps on the left side near my inner 'lips' and a few others on the right side. The ones on the right side are not painful. I'm really freaking out but I don't understand..my boyfriend is clean of STDs and doesn't sleep with other women, and we didn't even have actual sex....please answer soon; is this just razor burn or some STD???

why would we judge you for having sex??  this isn't church dear :)

once you are over 14 in most states, you have the right to full medical privacy.  You can call your local planned parenthood or std clinic  to be seen at. Also you can call your insurance to see how you can go about not having your testing seen by your parents too. it's your right to have privacy even when you aren't the ones paying the bills or carrying the insurance.

odds are this isn't a std. like I said, sounds like folliculitis more than anything. be seen for a proper exam as vance suggested so you can stop self diagnosing and worrying :)

The reason I'm curious is because I noticed that the white patches from where some of the bumps used to be look VERY similar to an oral yeast infection or "thrush". This is obviously puzzling to me because I have not found anything that says these thrushes can occur on the labia. I do not have the thick white discharge tat is another symptom of a yeast infection. It may be useful to know now what the spots I have look like...?

I was doing some light research and I was wondering if you think it's possible I have a yeast infection...?

The white parts don't really look pimple-like or like anything I've seen in folliculitis image searches, they're not really big maybe less than a centimeter, but the ones near the inner labia don't really look like bumps any more, just smallish white patches very close together.

We are both under 18 and have never had STD testing done before, but every time we have had sexual intercourse (please refrain from judgement that we are sexually active and under 18) every time we have had sexual intercourse we have used male condom protection properly, and they have never broken or fallen off.

I suppose my next question would be, is there any way he and I could get tested without notification of parents? I know that may sound partially irresponsible in not telling them but I do hope you understand.

odds are this is folliculitis which is a hair follicle infection. typically it clears up on its own with just plain soap and water and a few days.

did you and your partner cover the std bases with full std testing done before you started becoming intimate together?  ( not sure how long you've been together )

Ummmm.....alright now I'm really scared....they changed. The bumps that started out just as red, some of them have this weird, almost skinlike covering...not like a blister, but almost like they might be infected or something... The pain has increased since yesterday  and it's now fairly uncomfortable. I haven't noticed any change in urination, aside from a noticeable burning when it comes in contact with the "bumps", but there is no urethral pain. I am absolutely freaking out now, someone please think of some reason why this change would happen????? :'(((

Well without knowing exactly what it is we can't say for sure, but probably irritation/razor burn so anything soothing should work.

Well thank you for some sort of good opinion, this has really been freaking me out :/ is there any sort of at home treatment I can do to at lease make it a little more comfortable/aid in healing such as fresh aloe vera applied to the area?

odds are this isn't std related at all. give it a few days to clear up and don't shave until the skin has returned to normal. If you need peace of mind, be seen for a proper exam.
