STD or something els?

Its been 4 weeks since ive received unprotected oarl sex rom a women(i am a man) that
I hardly know. After getting an std test, I was positive for NGU, and was prescribed
antibiotics called Flagyl. The problem is that about 18 days after the oal sex Ive
been having some lower abdominal stomach problems. Usually when I sit down, I have
this feeling of pressure inside my stomach. It's also hard for me to eat somtimes
because my stomach feels full. Can this be a sign of an std, possibly herpes? I
don't know if I should get it checked out, or wait and see if it go's away.

Sorry to double post, but I have a few questions regarding Herpes.

Does herpes usually pop up on the spot that got infected. Like  if you had oarl sex and
caught herpes, would it show up on the penis area or any whare in the boxer  short area?

Does herpes always cause a discharge?

How many weeks should i wait before getting a herpes blood test?
