STD panick

Hi there,
A week ago I slept with my new boyfriend, unprotected. He assured me he was clean of STDs.
Now 8 days later I have a huge cut inside my vagina lips. I am very sore I feel a lot of pain anytime I spread my legs too far. We did not use lubrication so I felt that this was the sex being too rough, causing my skin to possibly tear.
Today I found a small white bump on my vagina lips as well as two bumps on my thighs. Usually I chafe so I wasn't worried at first, but as the day goes by they become more sorelike.
I'm making an appointment to get tested, but some insight would be great.
This discussion is related to bump on inner thigh, very concerned.
