STD related or not?

Situation: I have just recently experienced a certain amount of burring around the head of my penis when reaching full erection, burns slightly during sex, and afterwards.

I am very clean in general as a person, but had an intimate relationship with a lady in late December (and continuing). No symptoms or warts, burring in the penis or urinary tract itself, no discharge from the penis, nor spotting, or other common related signs or symptoms that appears when you've been exposed to some form of STD.

Also around the head of my penis, it is somewhat red (I am circumcised) and becomes inflamed after sex and lasts for an hour or two. Some small signs as if there is like the skin tissue has a small abrasion and faint dampening of blood, like I skinned or rubbed myself penis to hard during intercourse. And there appears to be a slight sensation of warmth or heat in my gentile area I am wondering what this is? Do you have any recommendations besides going to a physician? This is not rough sex either, good sex, but not rough.

Additional data: I am a Type II Diabetic and also taking a beta blocker (just started) and since I started taking the beta blocker these symptoms have appeared. What can I do locally or online? My girl friend is a doctor in the area that I live in Europe. Yeah I am paying for it, but we can skip I deserve it biz, if you do not mind. Really not sure what to make of this, any comments as to what I may have contracted?

Thanks.

Ciao,

John in Europe

It is not an STD from the symptons you have described. It could be irritation, maybe a yeast infection. Sorry to say but it is best to see a Dr.
