STD risk? Help please!

A couple days ago I was giving my boyfriend a handjob and a blowjob. A little while into it I noticed that he had a flat, small, oval,  blood red looking sore on the head of his penis. He's not circumsised so that's why I didn't notice it earlier. I then proceeded to put a condom on him before he entered me in case he did have an std. My questions are: 1. Does  that description sound like an std? 2. If it is an std Is there anyway I could have spread it to myself by touching the condom and putting it on him with the same hand I used while giving him the handjob? 3. I gave him a blowjob before I noticed it, so could I get an std in my mouth? If so what are the symptoms if I get one? I'd greatly appreciate it if you could answer all my questions! Thank you so much! I'm just really really worried
