You had a low risk encounter for a couple of STD's.
Gonorrhea and NGU-discharge and pain when urinating happens at 2-7 days
Syphilis-very low risk-canker appears in about 21 days
Herpes-low risk-not sure when symptoms start go to herpes forum for more info.

But overall I would not worry.

Syphilis can come on up to 90 days but rare. In men gonorrhea shows symptoms 90% of the time.

So if nothing by now I would not worry. Actually I would not worry overall due to the low risk.

today is actually my 4th weeks after exposure (11 Feb'11). is it possible for the STD to infect late than what u have put above? can we actually see or feel the symptom directly/physically?

I am not going to list all symptoms and at what possible time, that is a waste of my time and yours. Tell me what your risk was and I will then tell you what STD's and stuff like that. Because not all STD's are transmitted in different forms of sex.
