STD transmission

If a man has oral sex performed on him by an infected lady, is there a likelihood that he would get infected? To go further, if the infected lady has sores/wound/ bleeding gums in her mouth, it is obvious that her saliva and her blood could be in contact with the opening of the penis. Can the virus route itself through the opening in the penis and enter the bloodstream and infect the man? Could you kindly clear my doubts?

Does duration matters in the transmission of STD?
I had a unprotected oral sex for 5-10 mins recently first time. can there be a chances of transmission?

I am going to address your risk not the hypothetical. From receiving unprotected oral sex you could get gonorrhea, NGU-most of the time these 2 show symptoms and are the most common to get, herpes and syphilis-both either rare to get during oral sex or rare in the population.
Oral sex is a low risk activity, but it is possible to get an STD as I have listed.
