STD worry

Five or Six days ago, I received oral sex with a condom.

A day or two later, I had pain when urinating. The pain subsided after a day but I continued to urinate frequently. I also noticed that my tongue was white.

I took a single dose of Azithromycin from a private pharmacy which seemed to improve my symptoms.

Now, two days later, I seem to have white dots in a line under my top lip. My lips are also quite tingly.

What could this be?

http://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements/azithromycin-oral-route/side-effects/drg-20072362 suggests that white spots on the lips are a rare side effect of azithromycin. I really hope that is causing it.
