i recently make the biggest mistake i could have done,i was drunk and i ve received an unprotected fellation from a sex worker.this lasted about 10 min.about a week after i feelled itching on the tip of my penis (the meatus) .since that it is red , little bit inflammated but not really painfull.the top of the meatus is ok its more the bottom part of it and the side.
i did not have any discharge and when i am urinating there is not burning sensation.
it seems that i am urinating more often than usually.
is this could be related to any STD symptoms. i am so anxious.is this could be from anxiety?.as i said its red inflammated meatus without discharge at all especially when i have an erection.
how long does chlamydia or gonorrhea symptom will last.it is been like this for 3 weeks now.
i am driving myself crazy ,and i am diagnosing myself with all sort of STD .
i cant look my wife in the eyes anymore i am so scared i got something and feel so guilty .
is anyone could help . thank you

now your saying there is a burning sensation the story goes all different now we can say it maybe a possibility for gonorrhea but that is only possible if the girl u had sex with had throat gonorrhea which is rare but i can add also anxiety or feeling anxious can cause this feeling of burning sensation ....check Ur undies for discharge yellow / green and gonorrhea will cause discharge no matter what as long as there is no discharge as vance said i doubt is an STD

first thank you guys for the time you spent helping people like me.so for you i should not worry to much about it? this inflammation seems to not want to go away.and now a little burning sensation come on the inflammated part which is the one the urine touch just after urinating.but its really mild and could be again anxiety.
with gonorrhea or chlamydia it seems that we dont get always symptoms,but if we do get some could it be without discharge.or how long this bacteria take to produce this discharge.as i said i have this now for 3 weeks it seems that it does nt get better,but not worse too.sorry i still cant relax and its very difficult for me to get tested where i am leaving.  thank you

Without dischage I think that it is unlikely to be STD related. If concerned see a Dr.

the more anxious about ur penis the more anxiety u have and it seems ur sooo anxious so i guess its anxiety related not std
