STD?

Hi, I had unprotected oral sex (received) two days ago. I do not know the girl and did not notice any sores on her or anything out of the ordinary. Immediately after the event I felt a slight tingling sensation at the tip of my penis. The 2 days after the event the tingling has continued. I also notice the sensation in my testicles (once in a while) and in the inside of my penis. There are no visible symptoms to be had of any kind. Also on touch my the skin on my penis can hurt slightly. I am extremely worried that I have an std. Please help me find some guidance here. Should I go get a urine test or something? I am also 18 and want to handle this at my schools medical center without my parents knowing. Any tips / advice thank you!!

Thank you so much for replying. Are you saying that anxiety (which I have a bunch of) can make me feel like I have something that I actually don't? I just feel like this sensation that I am feeling has to be something, but maybe not as you just said. If it continues should I then seek attention?

Oral sex is safe sex, with low risk for all STDs and zero for some. No STD causes symptoms like yours, but they are typical for genitally focused anxiety. If I were in your situation, I would not feel a need for testing and would continue unprotected sex with my regular partner, without any concern. But if you remain nervous, feel free to visit an STD clinic or your student health center for evaluation and testing.
