STD

Hello, My cousin had unprotected sex with a girl a few months ago, not too long ago he started seeing redness, peeling and ocassional burning in the groin area and the armpit (exactly where lymph nodes are located). Could this be some type of STD or HIV if not i'll like to know what you think

Those symptoms don't sound like HIV or any other STD.  More likely a fungal infection, eczema, or an allergic reaction.  The timing with unprotected sex probably is coincidental.
