White, or any other coloured discharge is never normal and should always been checked by the doctor.

A discharge that is white or curd like can be a fungal infection.  Fungal infections do not always present discharge, you may just experience soreness or itching.

Other coloured discharges are caused by different bacteria and your doctor would need to see you.  The doctor may need to take a swab test to be sent to the laboratory to identify the cause of the discharge so that you are prescribed with the appropriate medication.  Sometimes a doctor will prescribe a medication that he feels will treat the problem, but still send a swab to the lab.

If you type "cause of orange discharge in women" in the search bar, you will get a few links that you can look at.  I am not able to copy and paste the links.

No idea! May be men on the brain before responding.  I did wonder why you mentioned "discharge from women".

Profile information is not always correct.  Have come across that a few times.

Why do you assume this is a man? Profile says female.

There are a number of bugs that can cause the syndromes that you are experiencing.  These are:

Chlamydia trachomatis; Mycoplasma genitalium; Ureaplasma urealyticum;Trichomonas vaginalis; and rarely Herpes simplex

Routine tests are not available to detect all of these infections, Non-gonococcal or non-specific urethritis might not be found.

Some people may not have had any sexual contact and the symptoms are blamed on irritants, soaps or detergents. I have read that there is no firm evidence to support this theory.

You can find more information on your discharge on men health web sites.

Urine color can be from many different issues, discharge for women can be normal but when you get color involved that is not normal. What is recent sexual history?

Yes, you do need to reach out to your doctor as soon as possible and urgently.

Normal wee is the colour a light straw and clear, but that still does not mean that an infection won't be detected by a laboratory.  As you have a strong smelling and cloudy urine and the fact that you have a discharge, you should see a doctor urgently to get the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

In the meantime make sure that you drink plenty of fluids and especially water.  2 litres of water a day is usually recommended, but more if you sweat a long.  A dark coloured urine could be a sign of dehydration.

Make an urgent appointment to see your doctor.
Let me know who you get on.
Best wishes,
