I had sex with a escort/hooker approx 30 days ago.  The oral and the vaginal was protected with a condom.  I get strange sensations in the penis urethra area. It feels almost like something is stuck or something.  Occasionally I may get a slight burn when I urinate but it may be a very quick and short lived and not everytime I pass urine.  I did have a kidney stone about 1.5 weeks after this event and was on Cipro 2x a day for 5 days.  It has been a few week since I had the antibotics and I just get these weird pains occasional and I dont know if it is because i think about it or what but I dont want to infect my wife with anything.  Is there a chance of getting chlymida or gono with using a condom for everything?  I even only pulled my penis through my boxers to limit the chance of skin to skin?

So it safe to assume I did not get a infection of chlymdia or gono from that act. It just feels like I can feel somethingvtryingvto come out but nothing is there.

I don't hear of people getting a bactrial STD with the use of a condom.

So how do I hear  that people get infected even while wearing a condom. So at this point a little more than four weeks afterwords if I were having symptoms would they be worse I might be paranoid but just wanted to be on the safe side.
