STD

Hi, I am 21 years old and have had white little peas on the shaft of my penis for some time, also over testicle region. They do not hurt, but are small and clustered mainly on the shaft. I have had no real pain urinating or other symptoms other than these dots. If you have any suggestions on what it may be I'd appreciate it greatly. Thanks
