STD?

I received unprotected oral (I'm a guy) about 11 days ago.  There was some tingling in the tip of my penis for a day or two afterwards which seemed to have gone away.  Then, maybe a few days ago, my penis started to feel irritated - not really painful and no discharge - but I'm urinating and defecating more than usual and my rear seems a little irritated as well.  Does this sound like an STD?  Gonorrhea maybe?

Best advice is to see a Dr.

Well, something definitely isn't right.  It's more in my penis than anus.  I suppose it could be something else but that would be quite a coincidence.

Not really, your anal area has nothing to do with a possible STD. 90% of men will show symptoms of gonorrhea (burning while urinating and/or discharge). Without that I would not worry too much about it.
