STD's Oral Sex

Dear Doctors, I will keep this as short and factual as I can.
I am a heterosexual man and had protected vaginal sex, as well as unprotected oral. Giving and receiving.
What are my risks of a getting a STD.
The next day after this encounter I had a sore throat, I still have the sore throat a week later, which now has some puss on the back of my throat as well as some bumps.I cough up phlegm in the morning and then it is ok all day. I am generally feeling tired since the encounter.
In addition to this I have had 2 out of the 3 shot Hep B Vaccine shots around 5 years ago.
I have never had a STD before.

STD from oral sex is low risk, overall I would not be concerned.
