STD's and Oral sex

I had a brief encounter with a massage person 2 days ago where I had unprotected oral sex for a short period, less than 5min total.  I've been reading throughout the site any exposure for all intense purposes are rare.  I didn't notice anything unusual as far a lesions, bumbs, sores, bleeding etc.  I've read on the forum some sti's aren't transmitted via oral sex, But which exactly are and what is the chance of exposure, specifically syphillis?  I was mainly concerned with that and Gonorrhea.  Maybe I'm deluding myself but am I missing anything before I do drive myself crazy.
Thank you in advance.

The odds of anything are incredibly low. Without symptoms testing is not really required. Consider mutually testing before commencing a relationship with a monogamous partner, which is simply good practice.
