STDs and testicle / mouth contact

DKN
Is licking and suckling testicles safe sex? I had an encounter some time ago where someone licked and sucked on my testicles as I masturbated. Is it possible to contract an STD from this sexual practice?

I have never heard of an STD being so transmitted and certainly have never seen a case.  Undoubtedly there is some small, theoretical risk of herpes due to HSV-1, and an even smaller risk of syphilis.  That's about it.  I do not suggest testing unless you developed blisters, ulcers, or similar problem in the area of oral contact.
