STD´s from oral sex, symptoms

Hi, i left the condom like 10 minutes after the oral sex with a streetwalker and i´m vey worried if maybe the salive came in contact with my penis. I also got a shower just 15 minutes after that and clean my penis very well. The thing is that like 5  hours after the showers i started to feel some burning in my penis and i have some pain in my testicles and in the back of my legs. Today (three days after) i still feel this symptoms. I´m very worried because i´m getting married in one month and i don´t want to infect my girlfriend. Somebody says that this symptoms could be just from anxious behavior. Does somebody knows how long does the symptoms of STD´s takes to appear? Which are the STD´s that I can get from oral sex? As I said before, the symptoms just started 5 hours after the oral sex. I really need some advice.

did you use a condom when you received oral sex? if so no risk.
