STD's from panties?

I'm a happily married older white straight male with only one "issue"......I have an extreme panty fetish. I wear womens panties 24/7 (wife knows) and have no problems with that. However, on occasion I buy womans "recently worn" panties off the internet (wife does NOT know) and enjoy smelling them etc. Oftentimes without washing them I will wear them if they fit me. Am I at risk of catching any sort of STD from this fetish? It being a strong urge (most fetishes are...lol), I doubt I could give it up but am I at high risk and if so, short of abstinence, what might I do to minimize my risk?
