STDs or HIV concern?

Anyone can help me? I am 23 years old and I am a male. I have had protected oral and vaginal sex(condom on my pennis during all sexual behaviors) with some sex workers during the past month. We also kissed each other. (kiss like couples) Do I need to concern about any kind of STDs or HIV?

OK so should I just take the medicine and the injection and retest after 1 month? Is there any possibility that both tests have false results that I do not have syphilis at all?

I would agree with your Dr on what he has told you.

Syphilis I am not 100% on testing and false positives but from what I was just reading a positive RPR and TPPA is most likely a true syphilis infection.

It is a TPPA test and the test result is positive and that is why I also have the test result for RPR test. But it can also be a false positive right? I don't know how I can got infected and I don't have any symptoms at all. My doctor just told me that it may be false result but still told me to get treatment in case it is truly an infection.

The RPR can result in false positives. Call your Dr and ask what the other test was and what was the value of that test.

I don't think I have syphilis before since I don't have any kind of symptoms at all. Another test is like reactive? (not sure) But doctor told me that it is due to the test result of the other test that I also got the rpr test.

It is a very very low number, I would expect something much higher for a new infection. Have you ever had syphilis in the past and treated it?

What was the other test and that number?

Excuse me Vance, today I got my test result and RPR comes back at 1:1 and another test is also positive (not sure what test it is) and the doctor told me I got syphilis. Is there any chance that this is a mistake?

Kissing is not a risk for STD's.

Thank you so much. But I am afraid kissing will transmit STDs. Do I need any test?
