STDs plz answer me

hello Dr Hunter and Dr Edward:

i would be thankful if u can help me plz:

++Relation: I had oral unprotected sex 3 times in one week, and that was three months ago ( included sucking my penis and i fingered the girl for a while)

++Symptoms within the three months period after relations:
- sore through, fatigue, tiredness.
- irregular armpit pains and between thighs
   pain.
-  again one more sore throat.

++ tests taken:
- at 21 days ELIZA aniti body (negative)
- at 91 days Eliza anti body (negative)
- at 95 days Eliza + combo (negative)

- at 95 days the following STDs two test:
   ** Using Blood Test:  Hepatitis B+C, chlamydia
     Antibodies, Herpes I+II Antibodies.

  ** Using Urine Test: Hepatitis B antigen, Hepatitis C HCV antibodies, Herpes Simplex virus 1 & II DNA PCR, Chlamydia trachmatis DNA PCR, Neisseria gonorrhoea DNA PCR.

- at 110 days HIV combo (negative)

++ Questions:
1. after the 95 days tests even my HIV results are negative i had for first time small painful glands under armpits for about 4 days and they have gone now, may they be related to hiv.

2. my STDs results all came negative except for one thing which is discovered by Blood test and that test is CLG Chalmydia Antibodies IgG test the result was 1:320 noting that normal range is negative: < 1/10.  what does this result mean? should i worry about? noting that someone told its old one.

3. are the tests i done enough for STDs tests, did i miss any important test related to my symptoms. should i retest again noting my current symptoms are  till now i have mild sore throught from time to time, my armpits and thigh still have pain as well, mild fatigue... i don't know what std may cause these pains as well.

4. shall i forget about HIV, or have to retest at 6 months, noting that till now i passed about 4 months since my relation.

Almost any minor health problem or just changes in diet can cause white tongue. And as I said above, your HIV tests are conclusive. It is impossible that any symptom you have is due to HIV, unless you have been exposed again.

This is a community forum of nonprofessionals -- no doctors. But many of the regular responders are pretty experienced in STD issues.

To start, oral sex is low risk for all STDs. It is zero risk for HIV and most of the other infections you were tested for. You really weren't at significant risk; and if you were infected, you probably would have had symptoms. Finally, your test results are very reliable.

1,4) Your HIV test results are conclusive. You don't have HIV and something else is causing your symptoms. Forget HIV.

2) "Someone" is correct. This test indicates you have had chlamydia in the past. It could be either the STD chlamydia or the kind that causes bronchitis. You'll never know which and it doesn't matter.

3) You didn't need most of the tests you had and definitely do not need any more!
