STDs through deep french kissing and fleeting contact of the tongue with vagina

Hi,
Few months back i have been to a strip club and i had deep french kissing with the stripper and the twining of my tongue with her's.
While she was performing a dance on me i had a fleeting contact of her vagina with the tip of my tongue.
9-15 days from then i had a sore in the inner side of my cheek, it used to burn when some water or food material comes into contact with it. I don't know if i unknowingly bit my cheek but later on got petrified by feeling the sore with my tongue.
It took 6 days or so for the sore to go off.

My question is

What is the chance of getting Syphilis, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea from the incident i had...Please help...

most adults will test + for hsv1. It's incredibly common. 1 out of every 2-3 of us has it.  can you recall ever having had a cold sore?

there was never any reason at all for any testing from this encounter.

time to most past this encounter. if you can't, talk to a professional about why you are so anxious over a no risk encounter.

My results have come NEGATIVE for SYPHILIS, CHLAMYDIA, GONORRHEA, HSV2.

My HSV1 came positive.
HSV 1 IgG, Type Spec --- 2,79

Is it severe??

The counselor who called me to let me know the results told me that 80-90% of the world population has HSV1 but even after me asking him repeatedly on what the value 2.79 meant, he did not give me an answer but repeated the same line about HSV1 again and again.

Could you please let me know any information on the severity of the same.

Hello

You were at just about zero risk for oral HPV
You were at ZERO risk for gential HPV

She was at a low risk for getting genital HPV.  (remember you gave her cunnilingus only)

Can you please let me know the possibility for the transmission of Oral HPV and genital HPV in encounter i mentioned with the stripper..

Does the Chancre in mouth in case of Syphilis have a burning sensation due to the contact of water or food material.

Its been almost 4-5 months and apart from that Sore on the inner cheek i mentioned (which i even dont know if i accidentally bit my inside cheek) and pimples on my forehead i did not have any other symptoms.

Do i need to get tested for any of the STDs??

Hello,

The chance of syphilis    is really low from your exposure.
The chance of gonorrhea is really low from your exposure.
The chance of chlamydia is zero from your exposure
