Test for Gonorrhea, NGU and Chlymida 1 week after the exposure
Syphilis (which is rare in most of the world) in 6 weeks
Herpes-4 months
HIV-3 months

The risk from oral sex is low risk and without symptoms (discharge, burning while urinating and/or sore on the penis) means you probably don't have it.

I have been halping you in HIV also, the difference between HIV and these STD's is most STD's can be treated and are not life threatning like HIV is. So with STD's I feel confident in saying low risk and things like that, but with HIV it is better to be safe then sorry when advising about that risk.

Sorry for the question... i do not mean to doubt your knowledge.. but yesterday (16 days post exposure) I went to the doctor and tested for everything mentioned above (including HIV). He said all is Normal and i need to re-test HIV at 3 months (which is excatly the correct information i received from you).

My question:

1- He did the herpes test as well and I am still waiting for the results which he said will come back this evening. Will this herpes exmination be conclusive or should re-test on 4 months as suggested above.

please advice and thanks
