STI risk after unprotected oral sex

I have been in a monogamous relationship for several years and have previously tested negative for STI's.  Recently I made a very bad mistake of receiving oral sex from another man which lasted approximately 1 minute before I stopped it.  I did not ejaculate.  At the time, I had just started a course of Amoxicillin for a sinus infection and completed the course.
I am extremely worried about the risk I could have contracted an STI.  I am showing no symptoms currently.  Apart from the psychological consequences, should I be worried I have contracted an STI?

No, without any symptoms I would not worry about gonorrhea, NGU, hereps or syphilis. Oral sex is difficult to transmit STD's, it is possible but it is low risk.

Thanks for the advice.  Is it possible that my course of Amoxicillin could be delaying the onset of symptoms or on the other hand, would they be likely to have cleared up any potential infection before it took hold.

I don't think amoxicillin would clear up an infection, but I am not sure.. I know it would not delay symptoms.
