Scabies? Hair Folicules?

Last year i had protected sex with a girl and a day after i noticed some iching in the crease of my genitals and thigh.
I started to notice tiny red bumps, but the bumps were where a hair folicule was. It was very ichy and it smells like yeast or something very strange. I think its some type of fungus but i have tried over the counter fungul cream and spray and nothing worked, it just helped relieve the ichyness. Im wondering if the bumps are scabies or something else. Not only is there bumps but it is like i have a rash in my pubic hair and in the crease of my genitals. This started a year ago and it has not gone away it just leaves and comes back. Im wondering if it from shaving but i dont thinks so. Around the same time i started to get a rash around my chin and i dont know if that is relevent to the small bumps im getting

Here are some pictures, Please look

This seems to be related to same sexual encounter you described on the HIV forum just under a year ago.  As you were told, that was a virtually zero risk event -- not only for HIV but for all STDs.

No STD causes the kinds of symptoms you describe, and no infection can start to cause symptoms within a day.  That means your symptoms cannot possibly be caused by anything you caught during the sexual encounter.

We don't examine clinical photos on this forum.  In our view, it comes too close to practicing medicine from a distance, which we will not do.  There is no point in trying to figure it out on your own or on line; you will never get a clear answer.  You should see a health care provider for personal examination.  In the meantime, stop worrying about STD.  (This is your third question from the same exposure, including one on the herpes forum.  You are obviously very up tight about that exposure despite its low risk.  You might benefit from counseling about it.)

Good luck--  HHH, MD
