Scared and not sure why

Approx three weeks ago had drunken experience with co-worker.  There was some mutual materbation, both naked.  I did not have intercourse with her and believe I would remeber if i did.  So no pentration or genital to genital contact.  I have still been stressed about possible STD.  Have had pain in testicles and penis off and on, have been checking for any possible problems often.  Also afraid of possible discharge one moring when I saw wet spot in underwear, yet was erect prior to checking underwear.  Have not seen any discharge been checking every morining before going to bathroom, but did notice a small brown spot, which may have been there before the size of the head of a pin in underwear today while going to bathroom.  Also found some white gel like secretion in underwear time after having sex with wife.  Is there any reason to beleive i contracted STD from above encounter or are any systems consistent with STD.  PAin comes and goes it seems the more I read and think about it.

There is no reason for you to worry at all about STD or any sort.  Penetration is needed for transmission to occur.  As for your possible discharge, I am confident it was not an indication of infection.  Sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to genital sensations than in periods when they are not concerned.  This in turns leads to noticing what turn out to be normal secretions or sensations that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times.  Perhaps this was a contributor to your situation.

Take care.  EWH

Also have been experiencing pain in testicles, sometimes left and some times right.  Not overly sensitive to touch, more of an ache.  They do not appear swollen.  Possible cuases? What would the pain be like if cuased from Chlamydia?

Sorry, this is not an STD.  Perhaps your guilt ofr anxiety is making you aware of sensations you would not otherwise be aware of.  EWH

Last question, went ahead and got tested anyway, to be safe.  Docotr did swab test and said everything came back negative.  She indicated they tested for everythin except Herpes and HIV.  I was concerned about accuracy of test, not sure how long before I was tested I last urinated.  Is it possible test was wrong?  Have had some continuned discomfort and minor discharge while having a BM.

I would urge you to believe the tests.  particularly for swab tests, time since urination is not a problem.  EWH

Hope I can ask one last question.  Approx month after exposure noticed red spot on penis head, may have been slightly raised, not painful.  Did masturbate night before with little lubercation.  Next day skin colr was normal and seemd to be back to normal except skin seems "shiny" now where it was, have to look hard to notice area.  HSV concern?
