Scared of scabies

On 3/7/2015 I did something very stupid and have sex with a sex worker.  I got tested for a bunch of stds and it all came back negative.  However, I'm obsessed with the idea that I've go scabies.  I'm analyzing every itch and skin tingle.  Aside frm the intense itching that comes 4-6 weeks after exposure, are there any early signs?

I'm married and terrified I'm going toinfect the whole family.   I'm at day 25 and no serious itching yet but I feel like I'm having sensations all over the place.   I did see a dermotologist last week and they said they didn't see anything.

Any thoughts or info to share to help me get some perspective on this?

Thank you!
