Scared to death I may have genital warts...

Over the summer I have engaged in unprotected sex with multiple partners (about 3 or 4 women 1-2 times each), and most of them I know and I know are clean. About 3 or so weeks ago, I started to get small, round, smooth and semi-hard bumps around my anal cavity, that resemble penis papules, but I never had any contact around that area, just vaginal penetration, and oral sex. I had no signs of it around or on my penis, scrotum, mouth or anywhere else I came into direct contact until today. I'm not sure how long it has been there, It just came to my attention a few hours ago, then I got really scared. It is a small, raised, circle like growth that is about the size of a penis papule, is semi-hard, and resembles a skin tag. When I first noticed them around my anus, I thought as a guy, I have a small amount of hair around that area, and when I wipe, I'm sure I've torn some out, leading me to believe that It could be ingrown hairs. I also went on a trip to the lake where there is no running water, so I couldn't shower for a few days, so I did begin to chafe some, and the area around my anus, and between my legs was pretty irritated and red.

The bumps are painless, I got a look at the ones on my anus first with a small mirror and flashlight, they look white, but it's very hard to tell because they are so small. Once again, I did have sex with multiple partners without protection, but didn't come into contact around the anal area. I have examined the inside and outside of my mouth carefully for anything, and I have also examined my scrotum and penis thoroughly, today I found the other growth directly under the shaft of my penis about a half an inch away from it on my scrotum... I'm scared to death. I really think this may be genital warts. Please help.

Yeah I have asked a question about them also. Still no reply, but Im not panicing just yet. Its not me that has any signs its someone esle but told its very spredable, and very easy to spred. If thats so then I just might be screwed so I know how ya feel. Have you looked up pictures? If not they arnt that great to look at, but could show you if your seeing the same thing. Thats what I did, but still concerned because its not really the same in the pictures. I would check out pictures. It is a type of HPV and thats why you need to get it checked out because(even though most the time they are not) it could be cancerous.

I would still like some insight on this... I'm freaking out, and I don't want genital warts. From what i've read on the expert forum, the HPV types that cause warts are low risk, i really hope i dont have them.

I know people in the military and it will not stop you from getting in. I have a friend that has them and is in the military and its on his records. Just figured that would help out your stress level.

After futher examination of the growth on my scrotum, It is more like an inch or more away from the bottom of the shaft of my penis, so it's even further down than i thought it was.

I don't want to see a doctor, I plan on joining the military, and I am afraid that if this is on my medical history, I won't be able to get in... I'm not 100% sure I have it yet, but I would like some answers to maybe help clear up any worry.
