Secondary syphilis

Hi,

If someone's penis get in contact with syphilis sore and they are infected. I understand that during the secondary stage, the syphilis rash and chancre can occur in the penis. However, can it also spread or occur in the anus as well?

Hi thanks for the clarification, But how about the rash that occurs in the secondary stage. I read that it can occur in the palm and feet, But can it also spread to the anus?

The sore/canker occurs where contact happens and stays there.
