Semen burn???

I have been tested for STD's and HIV...Everything is negative...however; after I ejaculate, if I get some semen on my lip, it stings or tingles or burns a bit. This may be in my head, but I don't think so. My semen is sometimes a bit yellow, and I know this can be normal. The smell is normal...but it just stings my lip a little bit. Should I be worried??

I noticed today that exactly where the semen hit my lip, there is a pimple beginning. I don't think it is herpes bc I know herpes isn't transmitted by semen

Why are you getting your own seman on your lip?
If concerned see a Dr this has nothing to do with a STD.

Also don't keep starting new threads keep all questions to 1.
