Sensitive Penis

For about two months now, I have had this sensation in my penis head that makes it feel a tad bit sensitive to the touch. It's feels like I kind of injured it in some way when I try to move it around, and at random times the sensitivity level may go up, and it will feel like an aching sensation. In the past two months, I have been sexually active so I am wondering if this may be related to some kind of STD(specifically herpes), or a UTI. I hadn't had any other symptoms so far.

Thank you.

No if she had genital herpes and performed oral on you you cant get it. I havent tested at the right timeline yet, I tested at 5 weeks at it was negative.

That is not a symptom of a STD. See a Dr. Have you had unprotected sex? If so I can tell you your risks.
