Sharing sex toys

Hello,
My girlfriend was playing with a vibrator yesterday she then took it and insterted into my ***. I have been told that HIV isn't a risk, is that true? and what are my chances of contracting other std's from this episode? like herpes etc.. Thank you!

Hello Grace, Thank you for taking your time to answer me..We have both been tested for HIV HepC,Hep B.Negative.  We were both positive for HSV-1 she was Neg for HSV-2 IgG, and I had a low positive for HSV-2. IgG 2.4 threshold 1.3....I've never had any kind of outbreak down there? I spoke with my Dr and he told me not to worry about that test result?   She also just had a pap test, I'm not sure what that shows as far as STD's. But the Pap was negative. The time of testing I hadn't been sexually active for 3 years. She told me that she hadn't had sex for just over 3 months at the time of testing and that she always uses condoms anyway. I'm just thinking worst case scenario that she may not be telling me the truth as far as her previous encounters time lapse.. We use condoms everytime we have sex. I just got carried away yesterday and didn't think until after, and now I'm pretty freaked out about the sex toy and chances of getting an STD. I'm generaly one of those people who fear sex due to this stuff, this is why I hadn't had sex in 3 years. And I've never slept around. Always long term relationsips. She is my 3rd GF/Partner since 2007.

have you and your gf had full std testing so that you know who has what?

Is it likely you contracted any std from this? no it is not.
