I have a problem. I woke up one morning with my penis fully erected which is common to me cause i do sometimes but i woke up with a very sharp pain on the shaft of my penis while it was erected. Now when my penis is back to its original size i dont feel that sharp pain at all but i feel this sensation that i cannot describe. When my penis begans to get erected i feel this sharp pain that hurts so bad when any type of preassure is applied. I have no kind of discharge or burning when i urinate, Nor do i have any type bumps or warts. Can you help me or lead me into what this might be? my wife thinks it might be prostatitis but i think im too young for that but i could be wrong! i'm only 27, can this happend at this early age?
