Should I get tested for HIV and STDs?

Hello. I'm a gay man and I've had three exposures this year. I gave a friend a very brief (30 sec. aprox.) unprotected bj in january and did mutual masturbation. I had anal sex in summer with I guy I met a bar, I was the insertive partner and correctly used a condom.
My last encounter I'm ashamed of. I was drunk a couple of weeks ago at a college party and gave a man an unprotected bj in the bathroom. It was brief, so I didn't expect it and he came in my mouth. I immediately spat it out and washed with water. Apparently he was a janitor or something at the party. When I discovered this I felt so dirty and had a cab back home.  I've had no syptoms of any sort I've read about STDs all year long.
Since I want to start this new year fresh I wanted to know:
1.  if I should get tested for HIV and other STDs. And if so which ones?
2. What are the odds that I have contracted something?
3.  Am I ok or is it just my guilt making me worry more than I should?

I felt dirty 'cause I hadn't even talked to the guy or knew anything about him and still I blew him. I'm more calm nowing that I was't at risk of HIV, I will however get tested for the others. What are the chances that I have any of the STDs you mentioned without any symptoms present?

Hi, you lost me on why you felt dirty. Bottom line is unprotected oral sex is not any risk for HIV but is a risk for herpes, syphilis, hpv, gono and chlamydia.  Testing would be recommended if you would expose others. testing times below post exposure:
syphilis 6 weeks
gono and chlamydia 7 days
herpes 3 months
HPV, there is no test for this in men only treatment if a wart appears.
