Should I worry?

Have a date tonight and if it leads to the bedroom I plan on using a condom, my question is if I use this and from my past issue in October should I worry about infecting my new partner

Last October had an escort provide a blowjob that was mostly protected, had no real issues. Went to urologist and he said he wouldn't test over the issue and that my urine looked fine. Also had hiv home test up to 3 months just in case. Again no sex from that encounter, but she did provide unprotected oral for about 30 seconds to 90? Also there was rubbing that was protected but couldn't get it inside. Should I have any worries of me being infected?

No real deep throat, and I assumed I would have had symptoms at this point. When it was unprotected there was no deep throat, it was when condom was on.

What STDs should I be concerned about though?

Hi, if she did not give you a "deep throat" oral the risk you contracted an std is next to zero as the bacteria would be in the back of her throat by the mucus membrans. Simply in the mouth area could lead to a UTI from mouth salvia.
