Side effects after taking Chlamydia medication?

Hi,
2 Weeks ago I was diagnosed with Chlamydia after I had protected intercourse about a month ago. (Yes for some reason I got the STD even after using a condom all the time)
The doctor prescribed  Doxycycline for 10 days and 3 Azitromicin pills after. I took the course as perscribed, however after I finished with the Azitromicin in Monday i started feeling the same symptoms I had before the medication for a few days but they weren't that bad as before the medication. Its just a slight stinging feeling that just comes and goes. However two days ago my right leg started to hurt periodically like this dull pain that comes and goes, also today I feel a bit nauseated.
I don't have fever, just a bit nauseated, tiredness, the leg pain and slight sting on the tip of the penis.
Could this be side effects of low immune system from the antibiotics? Is it possible that the Chlamydia has not gone yet?
I bought some vitamin pills for the immune system today too.
I also want to mention that this week and last week I was really stressed out due to work,
Please can you tell me what it could be? I am really worried.

I guess my anxiety gets up when I read about HIV, and for some reason I just connect all that and the symptoms, even though the doctor says I have nothing to worry about it. I haven't had any rash, high fever or anything odd that I read from the symptoms. Mostly after the antibiotics i just feel light headed and tired, and the candida that developed too is annoying me.

I was thinking because I used protection all the time, could Chalmyida pass on just by fooling around? We did that before, but after we put the condom we didn't take it off at all during the intercourse. It was intact as I checked after and I just washed up and put my underwear on. We didn't do anything else without a condom on.

It's just reading more and more brings out the worst fear in me, this is my first and I really hope last STD and I am not even that sexually active (before was 3 years ago and I had no complications then). I don't do heavy drugs, beside occasional weed, and never had homosexual relations.

I went to the doctor today just because of general concern, he said I had candida on the head of the penis and gave me a cream to put it on twice a day. That might have happened from the strong antibiotics?
Also I want to mention before in start of November (before the intercourse) I was also on antibiotics for 6 days because of an annoying lung infection and had the same symptoms, light headed and sickness for a few days.

Yesterday I was just really distraught thinking bad thoughts about it and I think anxiety might have made me feel a bit sick for the past week. Generally I feel pretty ok, when I work I feel ok a bit sick but nothing serious and two days ago I was hiking for 3 hours so no trouble there too.

I am generally a really panicky person as my name suggest hehe...
But could it be possible the Chlamydia has not gone thoroughly? I am doing another test on 2nd of January.

To be precise I took Doxycycline from 3rd - 12th and Azitromicin 13th, 14th and 15th. The symptoms just started from Wednesday, they just come and go :(
