Signs of an STD?

Hi, last night I engaged in sexual activities with a female.  A few hours after we had sex, the tip of my penis began to hurt.  When a certain part of my penis touches anything it hurts.  It is on the "head" of the penis in a small area, and it hurts whenever it comes in contact with anything.  I'm not really sure what to do or what this could be.  My partner and I had unprotected sex, therefore it is possible that I got an STD.  But I was unable to find any STD that would have this effect within 4 or 5 hours.  If you could please help me, that would be great.  Thank you.

Your research results are correct:  no STD symptoms come on within hours of exposure.  It is much more likley that your penis was physically injured in some way, perhaps irritation or allergy to spermicide, lubricant, etc.  If symptoms persist, or if you develop a visible rash, see a health car provider.
