Single Bump on Scrotum

by Mako353, Mar 27, 2009 01:53PM
Last night I discovered a small, flesh colored bump on my scrotum.  Its in a very difficult to see spot slightly closer to my right thigh, but far back close to where the scrotum leads to the anus. I feel no burning sensation or pain, even when urinating.  I have no other symptoms besides feeling some of friction when the skin on my scrotum rubs against my inner thighs, which is helped by applying lotion to the area.  I can't tell if this is herpes or hpv because the bump looks nothing like any of the pictures I've ever seen.  I checked my penis, but nothing looks out of the ordinary for it, no bumps, pain, discoloration or anything.

I had slept with a few different women (one time each) in the past 4 months and I regret it terribly.

Do you have any idea what this could be?

It is very difficult to determine what one bump is. I will say that it does not sound like an STD.

After a bit more inspecting I think I might i have found the source of the friction feeling I was having.  On the border of my right thigh and the scrotum, there is a very thin red looking rash or something (this is not line does not seem to touch the bump). When I touched it it felt irritated but after putting some some ointment directly on it feels a lot better.

Well, if you want to have a doc check it out, don't use any more creams.  Let the doctor see it as is.
