Single mimple on base of penis ans mild irritatioin on testicles

I haven't had sex in 5 years and about a month ago I had unprotected  oral sex and then a week later vaginal sex, its been about a month and Ive noticed a single pimple like bump on the upper base of my penis( right where I start to shave) its been there a week and has not changed. Theres been some very mild irritation burning down there BUT NOT on the pimple like thing itself, I had a doctor look at it he said it was nothing we took a urine and blood sample and he still said its was probably nothing, but Ive heard that some people have very mild reactions with herpes, I have a very good immune system so... But theres been no other symptoms not fever, aches, or lymph node swelling but Im still a little worried, he has not said what the slight irritation could be though, and along with that little pimple, please... thank you!

If you are asking if this is herpes, well, we can't tell you that.  One bump isn't likely to be herpes, and bumps can be from many things.  If its irritation, it could be from shaving.

Your blood test might not be conclusive either.  It can take up to 4 months to show positive on a herpes test, but about 50% will by about 3 weeks.  Most will by 6 or 8 weeks.
