Skin Discoloration

My boyfriend is a Mexican gentleman who's penis is light brown however he has some pink oblong circles on his penis and two pink oblong circles on his balls. The discoloration area is about the size of a nickel. The skin is not raised and I don't see any scares. Can the skin discoloration be caused from treatment for STD's or a sign for something more serious?

It might just be normal skin discoloration.  Have you ever asked him if he has had an std, or even been tested?  If you haven't had this conversation, you need to, and then you both should be tested.
