Skin peeling when i wipe?

hello i have a question in december i was VERY ITCHY and i want to the doctor and he didnt find anything, it was like that for about 1 month or so. after that whenever i go to the bathroom and wipe it looks like skin comes out but im not sure.... Has this happen to anyone else?????? please help

When you went to the doc, did you get any testing done for anything? Or did the doc just look and say he couldn't see anything?
