Slight Itch the day after unprotected Oral, constant worrying.

May 17th was out of town and received unprotected oral from a friend of mine. Day after was very worried and nervous, and noticed a slight itch on the tip of my uncircumcised penis and foreskin that didn't go away. had been drinking heavily the past 4-5 days and continued drinking the next 10 days.  She said she regularly gets tested and came out negative in March which was her last test prior to me visiting.
May 19th got urine tested for Chlamydia and Ghonno and came out negative and went out of town the next day, was worried the whole trip and put different creams on it and still nothing seemed to help.
Returned on May 24th and got blood test for herpes and anything else and waited for results.
May 27th received results and everything came back negative and relaxed a lot more and it seemed to go away more and more but still remained in the back of my head at all times.
weeks after, quit drinking alcohol and ate healthier and exercised constantly and slight itch seemed to go away after showering.
Its late June now and after looking on this site constantly and seeing other peoples similar stories and it seeming to be more about worrying and less on actual symptoms of an std, I've calmed down more and now only experience slight warm penis or itching in the mornings and wake up sometimes with seminal discharge sometimes since I haven't done anything sexually or masturbation only once in a while since. Spoke to my friend and she said she got another test 2 weeks ago and everything came back negative. I know its not an STD like herpes now and just want to know what else it could be since I only experience it in the mornings right when I wake up or sometimes after urination, the excess urine after seems to give me slight irritation sometimes. Its been more than a month and it has gone down a lot but hasn't really gone away. Wondering if its going to take more time or just has to be me getting over it or anything else.

Thank You for the reply, so I should be ok is what you are saying? and do you think this could've been caused by stress or guilt?

Your testing for some std's was done too early. That said, your biggest risks from oral sex were covered and you didn't experience any symptoms suggestive of herpes to be concerned about that. I wouldn't bother with any more testing from this encounter.

your symptoms do not sound std related at all. Continue to drink plenty of fluids and keep caffeine and alcohol to a minimum since they can cause some irritation in males.
