Slight but persistent sensation on tip of penis

Hi,

A week ago I recieved ~10min of unprotected oral sex and had ~10 min of protected vaginal sex with a girl whose sexual history I am not familiar with. Immediately following the exposure, I noticed a slight but persistent pain/sensation around the tip of my penis(including the opening). This sensation occurs throughout the entire day except when I have to pee - it's almost like its masked by the sensation you get when your body is telling you to urinate. However, after I urinate or ejaculate, this pain comes back in full throttle. I have been urinating more frequently, but this may be due to the fact I've been trying to drink more water to "cleanse" the situation. It's been 7 days now and I'm starting to worry.. My self diagnosis is telling me I am stressing out about the whole thing too much and maybe I irritated the tip from friction and urine/semen is aggravating it?

Thanks for any comments

Hi, since it happened at the time of the oral, it almost certainly from the condom as no std symptoms appear the soon but takes a week.

Thanks Dave, this is exactly what I was thinking. Until now, I haven't used condoms in over two years as I just got out of a relationship (hence this regrettable sexual encounter). I don't remember having symptoms from the type of condom I used in the past but it's really the only thing I can think of.. I think my anxiety is getting the best of me.
