Small Bumbs on bottom of penis shaft

I've just noticed a few small bumbs on the bottom of my penis shaft. I havnt had any sex but im wondering if it could still be an std, maybe someone touched they're infected area and then touched me. im really paranoid about std because i know you can die from some. Please help me A.S.A.P Thanks

It can't be a STD if you never had sex, see a Dr if concerned.
