Small Red Spots on Penis Head

Couple of weeks back I had unprotected sex with a girl.As I was drunk it lasted for only about 2 or 3 minutes. Next evening I noticed that there are about 7 or 8 small reddish spots on penis head with a faint tingling on penis head and goes all the way up to left leg. I also notices that penis head was emitting fish like odor. I did not have pain while urinating or any other pain. As days passed by the spots grew in size and just vanished in about 8-10 days.. The penile spots were not painful as well. Have I contracted any STD s. I am very nervous. Pls help me. Is it some sort of fungal infection or herpes.

I can't say if you have a STD, but can say those symptoms are not STD related because of the time frame.
